Acne and breakouts
Active acne gets treated before anything else, because resurfacing skin that's still breaking out wastes both the treatment and your money. Most cases are managed with a topical routine plus extraction facials, and we review at six weeks rather than selling a twelve-session package on day one.

Acne scarring and texture
Scarring is slower and more honest work. Rolling and boxcar scars respond reasonably well to a course of resurfacing; ice-pick scars often don't, and we'll say so at the consultation rather than after you've paid for four sessions. Expect improvement, not erasure.

Pigmentation and melasma
Melasma is the one we're most careful with. It's driven by sun and hormones, it recurs, and aggressive laser can make it worse — which is exactly what tends to happen at clinics working to a treatment target. We start low, patch-test, and pair every session with daily sun protection, which does more work than the laser does.

Fine lines and volume loss
We work conservatively with injectables. A first appointment usually treats one or two areas, and you come back in two weeks to decide whether you want more — that's a far better outcome than starting big and waiting three months for it to soften. Nobody should be able to tell you've had anything done.

Dull, tired-looking skin
Often the cheapest thing to fix, and frequently the reason someone books filler they don't need. A hydrating facial and a corrected routine handle most of it. If you've come in asking for something more involved and this is what you actually need, we'll tell you.

Enlarged pores and oiliness
Pore size is largely genetic — anyone promising to shrink them permanently is selling you something. What does work is keeping them clear and reducing oil, which makes them far less visible. Steady, unglamorous maintenance rather than a dramatic fix.

FAQ
Before you book
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes, for new patients — 45 minutes including skin imaging and a written plan. There's no obligation to book treatment afterwards, and we don't ask for card details to reserve the slot.
How soon will I see results?
It depends entirely on the concern. Pigmentation typically takes 3–6 sessions over several months. Active acne often improves within 6–8 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline at consultation rather than an optimistic one.
Do you treat darker skin types?
Yes. Our laser settings and peel choices are adjusted for Fitzpatrick IV–V, and we patch-test first. Some devices marketed heavily in Malaysia are not appropriate for darker skin, and we'll tell you when that applies to you.
Will you pressure me into a package?
No. We quote per session and tell you honestly when a course is more economical. If you'd rather do one session and think about it, that's completely fine.
Is there parking?
Paid parking at Bangsar Village and street parking along Jalan Telawi. Both fill up after 6pm and on weekends, so allow a little extra time for evening appointments.
Can I come during lunch?
Yes — we hold a few midday slots for working patients. Facials and laser sessions run 30–60 minutes. Message us and we'll tell you what fits your break.
