About us
Two practitioners, one room, since 2016
Serene started when Dr Lim left a large chain clinic in Mid Valley. The volume model there meant fifteen-minute consultations and monthly treatment targets, and she was tired of watching patients buy packages they didn't need.
The clinic is deliberately small — one treatment room, two practitioners, and fewer bookings per day than we could take. It means we can spend forty-five minutes on a consultation and still finish on time.

Consultation first, always
No treatment is booked without a proper assessment. If your concern needs a dermatologist or a longer course of skincare rather than a procedure, we will say so — even when that means you don't book anything.
The same two practitioners
You see the same person each visit, so nobody is guessing at your history. Continuity matters more in aesthetics than most clinics admit.
Equipment we can explain
We use a small number of devices we know deeply rather than a showroom of machines. Ask us how anything works and you'll get a straight answer.
Unhurried appointments
We book fewer patients per day than we could. Consultations run 30–45 minutes because rushing them is how people end up with treatments they didn't need.
Honest about limits
Some concerns need several sessions, and some won't fully resolve. You'll hear a realistic outcome and a realistic cost before anything is booked.
